Can the block be bored that far safely with street driving being the 99% target?

You can build a 404 c.i. engine no problem. Basically has a 4.010" bore with a 4" stoke. We have several customers daily driving them without any issues as all. Let us know what you are looking for and we can help you setup your combo and get you where you want to be!

I already have a stroker kit and a LQ9 block. I have the opportunity to get an aluminum block, so I was just wondering if it was adviseable.

I've read a couple of posts that say its Ok, some that say its not... So.....
