Thinking of buying an lq4 from an 06 silverado, bolting it up to a 4l80e and putting it into my 68. I have a 4 core aluminum radiatior and a Lincoln Mark 8 fan. Will the stock truck accessories fit? I'm going to do the edelbrock longtube headers and the edelbrock plates. Will I have to cut or notch the frame?

Yes the accessories will fit. The question is do you like the way they look and are you going to run the truck intake? If you aren't going to use the truck intake and switch to a car intake you will have to modify the the accessories and change the water pump.

Well once I get the car solid ill probably run it that way for a year or two. Then will come a cam swap and l92 heads.
