Default 1985 Trans am lq4 swap questions

Im swapping a lq4 into my 1985 trans am. I have all the truck brackets which i know isnt going to work with the alternator. Btw im not using AC for this project. Also im doing the carb setup so i dont have to worry about the waterpump waterneck throttle body interference.

My question is, is there a way to use the truck bracket for power steering, and then get an alternator bracket for the other side?

Thanks,
Tim

No such bracket exists

You'll have to fab one, but luckily alt brackets are very simple to make

Alright got a bracket that will work with stock water pump alternator and crank pulley. So i only had to buy a camaro powersteering pump(used truck pulley even)

The engine was a bitch to get in the car but the Gm performance swap pan kit worked great, hangs a little low past the k member but im gonna make a skid pan type of thing to protect it. Also i used the transdapt swap engine plates with 1 inch setback and trans is sitting basically in the stock location.

Also to figure out exhaust manifold flanges so i could make the rest of the exhaust, I designed and got some laser cut 3/8 flanges(which i will be selling for $35+shipping a pair) Which came out awesome.
