Default general opinion about engine, head, cam combo

i would like peoples opinion about an engine, head, cam combo.
heres the rundown.
2004 lq9 26439 miles on the short block, arp connecting rod bolts.
cast# 853 ls1 heads ported w/ ls6 beehive valve springs, 7.450 push rods, stock lq9 rockers and valves, arp head bolts.
schneider racing cam .540 lift, 284/294 duration, 114 lobe separation
edelbrock pro-flow xt intake manifold , matched pro-flow fuel rails w/ 39lb injectors and a 85mm cable actuated throttle valve.

with this set up does anyone know a rough hp numbers?

could i go up to a .575 lift cam and achieve better hp numbers?

this is all being backed up by a 6l80e trans.

Just at a glance seems your pushrods are too long.

Check this post out and it will tell you how to check. Its always a good idea to measure so you are 100% sure. You dont want your valvetrain clicking and clacking or worse... tearing something up.

If HP #'s are the main goal, the cam seems like an opportunity IMHO

i actually have the cam already but its not installed yet. i decided to go to a larger cam and with that will have to get different springs along with pushrods.

as with the other setup i have. the pushrods are the exact correct length for this particular cam the measurement was done prior to me purchasing them for an identical build done a few months prior. With preparing for that cam i had the comp ls6 beehive springs installed in my heads.

i have no flow numbers as i have no access to a flowbench. so i just have to deal with that portion of the build having full trust in the guy doing the work on the heads.

i would like to find a strong combo with retaining the factory rocker arms.
im thinking somewhere between .570 but staying below the .610 lift mark.
by going to a different cam where would be an advisable setting for my rev limit?
would this cam work for me?

any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys
