Is anyone aware of dyno numbers to indicate how much power the VVT is worth? (same cam)

Theres a thread over at camaro5 showing same cam specs with and without VVT overlayed on a graph and it was worth 8hp up top and about 15 below iirc. Very mild cam though it was for an auto in relatively stock trimmings ( no stall etc )

Mast motorsports had a thread when they cam out with a new top end package. May have been the canted heads with vvt. They said the vvt was worth an extra 53hp if i remember right. In any case you may call them to find what your looking for. Their package was like $5500 and could make 625 fwhp NA
