Default Clutch slipping or engine???

Whenever I accelerate harder than normal through each gear my car hesitates and then accelerates at a normal speed.

Now I know my serpentine belt is due to be changed out any day after I visually inspected it.

I tried the old technique to put it in 6th gear at 30 mph and the RPM's do NOT increase abnormally. someone told me that thats a good way to check for a slipping clutch.

Is this the early stages of a slipping stock clutch on a car with 92k miles???
Or could it be one of my belts or even worse an internal engine issue????

No codes have been thrown and the car is pretty much stock asides from a lid and a catback.

What would you all advise???

Doesn't sound like a clutch issue. I would start with your fuel filter

Driving it again today and at around 2k rpm as I'm acclerating the car surges, then slows down back to normal speed.

Weird. Aside from the fuel filter, what else could it be?
