Default I took off the rod caps (Both Bolts)

Now what do I do? I was so sure I had a spun rod bearing, it was a lifter

It is a 01 stock Z 28 LS 1 Should I take the rods out and have them sized? Or just get some katech bolts and pray?

I would run the Katech bolts, but call them and explain the situation first.

I just talk to jason at katech and he said I should be fine, since the stock cracked caps are unique in the crack and don't want to misalign.

how to you mix up lifter problems and a spun bearing? Its so much easier to pull the valve cover and look for slop in the valvetrain before pulling the pan...
