it wont hurt your engine..its 100% petroleum..I know some folks drive for around 200 miles..just dont go over 250 miles and it should creep up into your internals pretty well..dnt forget to add to your fuel and spray into your intake manifold..go read the seafoam thread on here...they have a step by step process

BUT Jeezuz....don't drive the sumbitch or rev it at all. When people put stuff into their oil it thins it out, that is what will hurt your bearings. But not if you just let it idle. But revving and driving it like that is just ridiculous.
Pour a full can of SeaFoam into the old oil and run it for 5-8 minutes. Then dump it all out. Then pour 4qrts of new (cheap) oil in and run that for 5 minutes. Then dump it.
Then replace the oil filter and oil......thats it.
Gunk engine flush is my favorite to use. I pour two bottles into my old oil to flush. Been doing it every single oil change for 153,000 miles now on my 427ci. My crankcase is CLEAN. Under my valve covers looks like it was assembled today. But I would use SeaFoam if I had to, its just a chemical.
