You have to set a rpm and mph for the shift points in edit. Both parameters have to be met for the pcm to command the shift. Also, if you log only rpm with edit you will get a lot higher resolution as to when the shift is actually occuring. One time when I logged rpm and gear only, I noticed there is a slight delay between the pcm commands the shift and when the tranny actually executes the shift.

Yea, I meant a-tap on the logging part. He said he was using both programs so he probably got my point.

most likely. do you or anyone else know for sure what EXACTLY the RPM and MPH parameters do on the first page? i have them set the same as my TPS vs MPH shift points and RPM at 6600 yet it still shifts at 5200 and 5500 1-2 and 2-3 respectively.
