Default Ok guy needs some wheel input

Ok heres my deal. I busted my rearend and had a set of racestars. Sold the rear ones, cause im going with a narrowed 12bolt 2" per side. Called and tried to order some 15x10's with a 5.5 backspacing and was told they dont have any yet to fit stock LS1 calipers in that backspacing. Question is can I run some cheap summit wheels to clear calipers for the time being and sell when they get the correct backspacing racestars. or any other wheels?? Not going to spend $400 per wheel so thats out of the question. thanks guys

couldn't you just leave off the rear calipers?

haha j/k.....did you consider driving around for a while with cheap 16" TA/Camaro wheels with like a 2" spacer or something.
