any one used pilot sport cups before?
im trying to decide between mich. ps2, or sport cups for rear tires.
my car is street only. lots of highway roll races. some stop light stuff too.
I just want the best tire for dry conditions.
I have g forces currently in the rear, hate them..
I want the best tire to give me the best chance of saving my car from death at high speeds in case i ever loose it for some reason.... my car will never see rain or shitty cold weather. its a garage kept 02 ws6.
any thoughts......

Considering that Sport Cups are an R-compound road race tire, they will tend to approach and go over their limit quickly. I am also not sure that any tire will help you regain control once lost at high speeds. At that point steering inputs and luck are about all you have.

I have used Sport Cups on the street and don't
recommend them for street driving, they will not last very long at all and are not cheap to replace.
I would go with PS2's
theyare great tires and have very good traction.
If you need tires I have some PS2's for sale.
Just PM me what size you looking for and I will see if I have them.
