'04 CTS-V Dash integration module help.. dont want to get screwed by the dealer! Took my car in to the dealer today and they said the Dash Integration Module is bad on it (DIM). They are charging $250 for the part and $375 to install it. Has anyone ever had to change theirs? Is there any way around paying dealer prices for installation? I would do it myself, should be a 20 minute job, but it has to be programmed with the VIN number etc.. Can I find an independent shop to do this or is it "dealer only?"
