Ticking / Vibration noise (WTF)

Ticking / Vibration noise (WTF) Hey guys
I have a 240sx with a 5.3 /4l60E in it,

The trans was just rebuilt and got a Corvette servo installed when it was out. The guy who rebuilt it said he upped the line pressure slightly as well.
So after i got the rebuilt trans in, i go for a test drive i hear a slight.... noise. its not terribly loud, or violent but its F%$#@ing weird and annoying. It kinda sounds like a dremel tool that got set down on a peice of metal. Like a wrrrrrtttt....
Its coming from around the bellhousing / servo area
It doesnt gets slightly louder with more speed / rpm and its pretty consistent.
It makes the noise while moving, and while in park if you rev it a little.
It doesnt make it @ idle.. Only while theres a slight load or more on the motor.
Anyone got any ideas?
