I have a 408 with a mild cam .588 lift and 230 duration and dart 225cc heads. I have an ls1 stock intake and stock throttle body with 24lb injectors. I am running long tubes also. I know the intake and throttle body should be upgraded, but I am MOST cocerned about the injectors. Calculate injector requirement is 39 lb injectors. How critical is it to have the injectors upgraded before some wide open test. What is the correct way to think about what the motor needs and what I actually have? Thanks
