Cold Air Intake and MAF Sensor Install
I have a '99 Trans Am. I installed a K&N Cold Air Intake. Now I want to install a new 85mm SLP MAF Sensor to replace the stock 75mm MAF Sensor. I was told by K&N that the tube connecting the air filter to the MAF Sensor will not fit over an 85mm MAF. Does anyone know what I can do to install this?

I have some $$$ to put into the car and just thinking further ahead. I'm working with a guy here in Houston and when said and done, will be 500+hp.

IF he's running the SLP MAF, and specifically the SLP, it has the resistor in place for his stock tune. He will not have to retune for it.
I'm with the rest of the guys though. No use in getting it. I'd spend the money elsewhere, like exhaust or a mail order Frost tune. You'd be surprised how it peps up even a stock car.
