What crank pulley is this? I bought a swap and went to pull the balancer due to a broken timing chain I found this pulley that does not seem like any other LSx one I have used. What is it? And is it junk if its aftermarket?

Not that I can see, March was about the last pulley I was thinking it could be but it does look like it! Thanks!
