What temp is stock thermostat?

What temp is stock thermostat? I bought my 2002 Z28 in the fall of last year. I drove it for about a month and put it in storage for the winter. Currently, it has 65K and I'm trying to get a bunch of preventive maintenance stuff out of the way.
That being said, what temp thermostat does it have from the factory? I ask this as I plan on doing a coolant flash and figure I might as well change the thermostat too. BTW Not really thinking about the 160 unit.
As a side note, I've replaced: All four rotors and pads
Installed brand new tires
Changed the motor oil to Mobil 1 0W40
Replaced Idler pulley and all belts
Had the trans fluid and filter changed
Replaced the Battery
Replaced the air filter
Changed the fuel filter
