what rear end?
I just did a set in my S60 and posted a tread in there "hows my pattern look" and I linked some writes up and servise manuals for a dana60.
Check pirate4x4 there lots of good tech arctics on rear ends there. And goggle a service manual for the rearend you have.

I have a spare 10 bolt in my garage with way too much play between the ring & pinion to put back in a car so I may pick up a set of used gears and try throwing them in myself
