Rear wiggles from bumps

Rear wiggles from bumps
So now that I have a working rear end in my 00 Trans Am and I've been driving it, I'm noticing a problem when I go over bumps. I also have C6 ZO6 wheels with GoodYear Eagle F1 Supercar EMT tires (325/30/19 rear). When I go over bumps the back end seems to wiggle around quite a bit. It doesn't feel like the front is moving. I have to turn the steering wheel to keep it straight. Is it that I'm feeling the Panhard Bar with these new stiff sidewalls on my tires? Is there something else I chould be looking at? There is no noise, clunking it anything when I get this problem.

Suspension is stock. Psi is kept at recommended pressure (I can't think of what it is because I don't bother remembering! ). Wheel wells were hammered back, bumpstops cut out and 3/8" spacers added to make em fit. I have a thread on that. I hadn't been able to drive it mush since getting those wheels on since the rear end was bad and had only driven it with bad rear end with the stock wheel/tire size combo. Now I have a working rear end and these new wheels and this new sensation.

Panhard bar will change vertical into lateral movement.
May be more evident at non-stock ride height. Mine
does this too and I did not notice it until lowered.
I run higher than recommended pressures on my
fatter than stock tires, they are too squirmy if not.
You can find Panhard relocation stuff but I don't
find it annoying enough to bother.
