1 7/8" primaries. As for length, just use long tubes. Won't be cheap requardless what brand you use or reguardlessof SS or ceramic coated steel.

The first dyno is of my 10 mn6 GS... pulls are with kooks 1 3/4 headers, 3inch catted x, and borla z06 exhaust..with a halltech intake.

The second dyno is from LG website of there superpro 1 3/4 headers, catted x, and halltech intake...

now where in that tq curve is LG higher than kooks. Just go with the best deal. I got kooks for $250 cheaper than LG...

If you just plan on bolt ons get 1 3/4...if you go cam or nitrous/FI get 1 7/8.

Where'd you get this from? I haven't seen one instance where cast iron manifolds make more power and torque under the curve then aftermarket headers.

I would suggest that you call L.G. and talk to Bobby. L.G. would not recommend 1 7/8 inch headers for an LS3.
