92 S10 Blazer 5.3 Conversion
I am currently rebuilding my husbands 92 S10-Blazer while he is in Afghanistan. Everything is rocking along. 2005 5.3 LM7 engine is installed with LH8 oilpan and S10V8 mounts, we are using the 5.3 truck accessory brackets along with high mount R4 AC compressor, F-body water pump using .750 spacers, with ASP underdrive truck crank pulley. The 5.3 Alt/PS bracket is high for hood clearance. My question for ya'll is, what do you think about the Corvette LS1 Alt/PS bracket spaced out 1.5 inches from cylinder head? Please get back to me asap, his next R&R is July 4. Please help me resolve before then. Thanks in advance Roo

Hey out there in LS1 land does anyone have any input on this little speed bump. I know ya'll can't believe that a wife would be working on her husbands project truck.
This is a little more complex than the 401 install in my 72 Gremlin back in the day, 1978.
