Default DeatschWerks Fuel Injectors and Fuel Pumps

Hello LS1Tech!

This is Chris from DeatschWerks. We’ve been lurkers on the forums for a while, and have even had some LSx and L based projects give DW injectors a try over the past couple of years. Now we have a great line-up of drop-in fitment injectors for many late model, and even not-so late model, LSx based engines.

Why DeatschWerks Injectors?

DW injectors are 100% drop-in fitment.
Each set of DW injectors are flow matched at both low and high pulse-widths to within 2% of each injector in the set.
DW injectors are E85 compatible.
DW injectors are manufactured to specific flow rates using new Denso and Bosch housings and coils.

What injectors we have currently, flow ratings are @ 3bar (43.5psi):

  • LS3/LS7/LS9/L99 – 42#, 50#, 65#
  • LS2 – 39#, 42#, 50#, 60#, 72#, 90#
  • LS1/LS6 – 35#, 39#, 42#, 50#, 60#, 83#, 105#
  • Late Model Vortec V8 (excl. FlexFuel) – 22#, 26#, 38#, 44#, 65#

We also released our first of its kind 300+LPH in-tank fuel pump at SEMA 2010.
…and have already had some pretty wild 2 and 3 pump builds! Putting the DW301 to the test.

We are excited about getting more involved in the Chevy community. If any of you have some boosted or big N/A projects coming through, we'd love to work with you.

If you have any questions about DeatschWerks and our products. Feel free to check out our website - www.deatschwerks.com or give me a call @ 405.217.0699

We've also had growing interest in our Racing Line from those that need a little more fuel.

These injectors will require some connector rewiring, but they are similar in height to the OE LS1/LS6 injectors and have a narrow (pencil) style body.

I have these sizes available:

800cc ~ 76#
1000cc ~ 95#
1300cc ~ 120#

...and the connectors w/ pigtails are included!

If you've wondered what kind of fuel you'd need to support your horsepower goals, we have a fuel calculation page on our website:

DeatschWerks.com | Fuel Calculators

On that page, we have 3 easy to use calculators:

Do you plan to offer a hot wire setups or a dual intake kit ready to go? Will a standard racetronix walbro hot wire setup work?

Thanks

Hey Nitroused, thanks for the questions.

We have several GM fuel pump assemblies in house that we are currently evaluating for fitment kit development.

We do currently have our universal hard-wire kits available for fuel pump installations - http://www.deatschwerks.com/accessor...stallation-kit

The DW301 has a similar electrical connector to the Walbro, so the Racetronix hotwire kit should plug into our pump as well.

What are the prices on your race injectors and do they come with all the necessary data to plug into HP Tuners?

I spoke with a member of tech support @ HP Tuners this afternoon about common injector parameters to their software, so I'll see about getting that information available.

Prices for the Racing Line are still being established. Shoot me a PM for the size you are interested in and I'll get you a quote.
