Where to put subs?

Where to put subs? I have 2 12" kicker subs and a 600wt amp Id like to put in my car. My problem is with the box I have there is no way its going in there with the thing that holds my t-tops in the trunk. There's a space on the drivers side that looks about the right size for 1 of them, any input on how to make this work would be awesome. Thanks
