Is 4 channel 600 watts enough for 6 spkrs

Is 4 channel 600 watts enough for 6 spkrs Going to have system installed next saturday. I only need a amp for the front rear and hatch speakers. Going to put polk speakers in. Thinking of purchasing a 600 watt polk 4 channel amp. Will this be pleny of power for the speakers I mentioned. Thanks
