question on the head bolts

Default question on the head bolts

on a ls1 are the head bolts torque to flex or can I reuse them...ls1 is out of a 02 ws6 I am swaping everything over to a new short block

they are TTY. replace them with ARP studs and you won't have to worry about them .

Stock head bolts are torque to yield. They are a one-time use only fastener. One installed and used, you cannot use them again.

Good advice and insurance to go to ARP bolts.
