Default Vacuum Line Question

I am putting my intake back on after replacing the knock sensors. Besides the AIR system, what else connects to that port? I would like to just cap it off on the back of the manifold now as it is easy to get to.

the 90* port facing driverside is for vac brakes, little hole on side is map sensor. their should ONLY be the one capped off.
