I am swappin out 98 heads for a set of 5.3's my question is how do I make the pcv line connect to the the newer style valve covers? is it something I can get from any parts store or do I have to wait unil tomorrow to get from dealer?

Thanks

pcv line? i'm not picturing it i guess, but i know i had to go get a whole new vacuum line setup from the dealer, my 98 one just couldn't be made to seal without leaking on the 99 valve covers when i switched heads.

did you do your own install? The pvc system can be used however the 98 fitting that goes into the valve cover is too big i'll pick one up tomorrow

I have the proper drivers side center bolt covers with the correct 1998 PVC grommet fitting, bolts, & gaskets.
These are all GM OEM parts.
ALL parts are new. $50 , or a complete set for $100.

I went with powdercotaed valve covers so I don't need a new one. I bought a gromet for $4.
