LT1 vs 6.0 swap

LT1 vs 6.0 swap
Ok guys im in between rock and a hard place. I have an lq4 pull out that i bought with the intentions of swapping it into my car. Well i have really been looking into piecing it together and the total seems ALOT compared to an lt1 build. So here is the problem should i build the 6.0 (cam only, full bolt on's) and swap it for the lt1 or should i just build the lt1 (head, cam and 24x conversion). Im just wanting to build a reliable, fun, street car on a budget. So let me know what you guys think.

Did the sell all that stuff off?? if not you would be set for a NICE LT1 build
put together a 355 with a AI/LE H/C package that would put you near the 400 mark if not over. Plus you wouldn't have to change the harness get all the K member stuff if you want to do a LQ9 swap get a LS roller and make it A LOT easier on yourself

And has an LT1 in the car?? I'm not 100% of the situation here he's spent the money on bolt ons for his LT1 meaning he is already sunk into some LT1 stuff
Trust me the 6.0 Swap would be awesome but at the budget he posted is it realistic?
Would have to get all the bolt ons would need a new k member if he doesn't have a harness would need that. 6k to do it right???? not 100% sure on that.

you can get a 6.0 in a lt1 car for 6k.. shouldn't be a problem at all, and you really cant go wrong with the 6.0 lsx block, ls3 topend.. you really just can't go wrong there.. easy 500whp.

the LS platform is LEAPS above the LTX platform what I WOULD do if i were you is sell your car get and LS roller so you would have motor money to pour into it seeing as you already have the Motor
