Default Help with with this sound in my transmission.

I made a lot of changes to my car at once and have a new sound that sounds like a spun bearing in the transmission. I tried to upload a video but it was too large so I will make another in a lower quality but could you please help. I put in a a new s60, MWC adjustable TA, and a WS6 store short shaft on the factory Hurst shifter. When the car is idling you do not hear anything but sometimes when put the car into gear and between shifts you hear a spinning noise. It is most noticeable if you down shift. I can email you the video if you can help, just pm me you email and I will send it on to you. I followed some bad directions on setting the pinion angle and was driving it for 50 miles at +4 degrees and think that could have done it but i have fixed the angle and don't know what the sound is.

Its a 98 T56 with 68,000 miles
