Default ls7 exhaust manifold install : -)

I will update pics as I get them. So far the ac hoses got in the way and had to go.

I drive this mostly on hwy so its no biggie. Might figure a way to get the ac hooked back up later.

Just went to upload pics and uploads are disabled. Got 7 pics lol

Will try again when I get to a pc. My android is my main means of getting online.

07 gxp, intake, ported ls4 intake manifold, trifecta tune, gears, sonix sure cure kit, shift kit, trans cooler, 3 inch dp, 3 inch exhaust

I've been contemplating putting some on my MCSS. Are you going to run the front pipe under the oil pan or over the trans? Do you think there will be any clearance issues below the rear manifold?

I have thought about ditching the A/C a million times. I have only used it about 5 times. It never really gets hot enough up here in Washington except in August.
Pull the compressor and build a bracket with a pulley attachment. Then ditch the rest of the crap thats accessable. I just don't want to ruin my car.

We havnt done a ac delete basically just removed and tapped off the ac lines. Still no luck uploading pics yet. Is it cause I'm mobile or my account?

I'll upload the pics for you to photobucket Shane.

We will be going up and over the tranny with the exhaust piping. The LS7 manifolds hit the A/C hard lines right at the compressor so the only way to keep A/C would be to have custom A/C lines made that bent towards the nose of the car at a 90 degree angle as soon as they left the compressor.

In other words, A/C line delete is necessary in most cases.

These pics show how the LS7 manifold on the front interferes with the A/C lines. It sits right on top of them. We have since removed the lines.

Yup and the funny thing is the exhaust ports on the heads are oval. Could benefit from a good porting.

Kind of pointless to just do the front lol.

I'll have more pics tonight.
