Default What yoke is this on the stock Ford 9" center section?

I'm lookin at getting a good condition used Ford 9" center section to build up a 9" and install it into a Moser or QP housing/axle package. I plan to eventually upgrade to a PST driveshaft, but it'll be a few months, I just really need to get my car driving right now using the stock driveshaft. I read that the Ford 9's have different yokes that came with them. I know I need a conversion u-joint of some sort, but I was wondering if anyone can identify this yoke for me, and what would be a good yoke/u-joint to get for it to use the stock driveshaft on my T56 car? Thanks!

Is this the "long" or "short" yoke?

looks like a 1330 like mine, youll need 2 u joints, a stock replacement and a 1330, put two of the 1330 caps on the stock replacement joint and youll be in business.
