1997 Formula WS6 Black 6-Speed $5000 obo
Year: 1997
Make: Pontiac
Model: Firebird
Price: $5000
Mileage: 117000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): IL
Color: Black
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
1997 Formula WS6
6 speed
T-tops
Black
Dark gray/graphite leather interior (whatever it was that year)
power everything other than seats (it has power lumbar but manual forward/backward and lean controls)
117k miles I think, could be a little more ill check later
Right now it has magnaflow catback exhaust with non electric cut-out, boxed lca's, and slotted rotors. I have a trans am hatch/spoiler that i had on the car, a hurst short throw shifter and short stick, and ls1 style honeycomb tail lights. If you want the car and one or more of these, they could be bundled into the price. If the car sells and the buyer is not interested in them I'll be selling them on here among other places.
Right now theres a few check engine codes that come and go, including the EVAP code thats been on it since i bought it, a bad cat-converter code that was probably the result of the car running through the trail and error process of fixing the ignition problems, and a bad injector code i think. I haven't been driving it much lately and had had a weird miss in cylinder 3 even though it had compression, fuel, air and spark.. it would miss randomly at idle but would not miss at all at any rpm above idle. But otherwise the whole ignition system is new.
The drivers side door could use adjusting so it closes a little smoother but otherwise works fine, and the window motor in that door needs replaced.
there is the usual small wear/tear on the drivers seat.
Any questions/comments/interest? call/text: 618-791-4107

of course the only interior pic i have doesn't show the wear on the drivers seat but its the same wear spot you see on just about every f-body after 15 years of use.
here is the whole album if you want to see more:

wednesday bump and some pics without the TA hatch which it what it looks like now, also as you can see from the first two pics above, the side trim is removed (looks a lot cleaner) but i still have it. I also removed the hurst shifter and short stick, but still have the shifter, short stick, and TA hatch.

not looking for a gsxr, just getting into bikes so im looking for something smaller, probably a gs500. thanks for the offer though.
and 95mysticta, i like it better with the t/a hatch myself, not saying i don't like it without it though.
taking offers, looking for a daily driver (grand prix?) worth around 3k and a gs500 around 2k, for trade offers.

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but I have always wanted a black Formula or Trans Am with the high rise spoiler and ram air. Preferebly the Formula like yours. But.......I'm too far away (Georgia) and too broke (we won't even go there..lol) Good luck with sale.
