valve? I have a set of 5364 heads, is there a way to tell if they have hollow stem valves or sodium filled ones without taking them out? if not do you just weigh them?

well i bought some ls3 heads and i thought i heard they can have sodium filled valves or hollow stem. So i was trying to figure out if i needed to upgrade them or not since im building a high reving boost motor.
