Default LQ4 advice needed for truck street/towing

I am looking at starting an LQ4 build for my 01 Silverado. The truck is used for daily driving and weekly towing of a steel 18' race trailer and race car. I am looking at starting with an Lq4 shortblock, then have the option of using the stock 799 5.3 heads, or I have a set of ported (not milled) 241 heads. I plan on using the 05 LS6 cam and lifters I already have (new unused), LS6 oil pump. I also have Pacesetter longtubes and ORY pipe already.

My questions:
1)is the LS6 cam a decent tow cam on a 6.0?
2)is the higher compression of the 5.3 heads better vs the ported 241's for torque?
3)would stock 5.3l injectors be sufficient?
4)how much fuel mileage should I expect to lose?

Thanks

Looking to do a similar build... Will be watching. From what I've read none of the factory cams cam hold a candle to the aftermarket.
