Both on DR's? I would take the GT500. Usually takes about 75-100whp for a GT500 to walk a Z06..And well if he can shift it and has traction he will walk it with the 200whp advantage.

No way a KB gt500 is is hooking up with those numbers on the street. Check out the corvette forums. Cammed c6Z's bitch-slap kb cobras/500's like it's nobody's business mainly due to traction and being able to wind out the gears due to 7k rpm+ shifts. In a perfect world yeah, the gt500 would win just due to rwhp, but "dyno" numbers sure as heck don't equal real life results.

There's about an 800+ lb. difference not to mention big aerodynamic difference. We'll have to see.

Hence why i said some DR's to make it hook. I know plenty of vettes that have been bitched slapped by GT500's on the street making that kind of power. Also the 7k shifts isn't really hurting the GT500. Its gears alone make up for it. Which also the 3.73's are stock gears for it. Not sure why he listed them as a mod.

Yes it is 800lbs. But also the Cobra has 200whp advantage. That is well enough to make up the weight and aero. Its not like they are going up to 200mph.
