Hotchkis 3" front drop spring 68 camaro .. question? Hey i just installed 3" drop spring and when i connected the control arms to the spindles ... i noticed the springs are still loose in there perches.. slightly.. now keep this in mind.. i have the sub frame out of the car and the engine is out... i know there isnt any weight pushing down on the springs but i just figured there would be some pressure pushing on the control arms if the wheels are off the ground like the factory springs.. Is this normal with these 3" drop springs to be loose in the upright position?
