Default hardest part during an a4 to m6 swap?

Like the title says. Im about to do the swap as soon as the donor get his tranny and all other parts out of his 01 camaro. Just wanted aheads up on the hard parts and snout of time I should set aside. Its me and a buddys first time doing a swap. He has a manual Mustang and has the dropping of the tranny down and clutch install but other than that we are both worried that we wont be able to do it.

The hardest part for me was getting the trans in. the pedals also suck. this was my first big project that I have done and I completed it successfully. just take your time and do your research you will be fine.

Removing the a4 is the biggest pain in the butt, after that it is all fairly simple.

Also cutting out the hole for the master cylinder can be a pain too.

for my install:

-getting the master holes right
-getting the auto off of the frozen dowel pins
-bleeding the hydraulic system
-replacing the clutch 5k miles later in 20 degree weather in my driveway covered in snow and ice because my perfection/zoom/advance auto shredded into pieces after just a few months of babying the car

getting the T56 lined up right and back in was tough. it really jet takes patience though. that can be said about the whole swap to be honest, nothing is really hard, just tedious.
