Question My acces drive belt hitting a bolt help!

Hey guys am put a asp under drive pulley on the other day on my 2000 ls1 motor. An installed a new alter. and installed the new belt an now the belt hits the bottom bolt on the alter. Bracket!!! Any idea why??? I would have to cut half the head off the bolt just to clear the belt, i don't have a washer on the bolt ether. I though about just not using the bolt but I know that's not a good idea ether. So what have u all done when u guys went to an underdrive pulley?

Double-check your routing. I had a buddy say the same thing after he installed his-he looked at mine and realized it was routed wrong.
