LS2 block with LS6 intake

LS2 block with LS6 intake How do you keep the LS6 intake from hitting the stock water pump on the LS2 block. Thanks in advance for any help.... If it matters Im putting the LS6 intake on my 2006 silverado 5.3.... THX
