LS 82 malibu wagon..do i need this?
I just purchased an 07 4.8 auto computer, harness etc..I will be swapping manifolds..do I HAVE to have o2 sensors to run this engine? What about the tow/haul option on the trans? Is that just something the computer guys will take off?

You don`t NEED the front O`2s but I would keep them. Without them you would end up running in open loop and that gives up some of the part throttle fuel economy and other benefits of EFI. You can ditch the rear O`2s as those are only there for emissions diagnostics and have no use if you do not have to maintain emissions compliance for your swap.
The tow haul mode can be tuned out by a tuner, but why would you want to? With the addition of 1 wire and a momentary button it allows you to have 2 different transmission calibrations. You can have it set with one that has factory shift points/firmness and one thats a performance with higher shift points and a firm shift, etc.

Is the 07 you have an early 24x engine or a late 58x engine?
