Default vfn hood question

anybody know if the vfn 3" ss hood is ram air. i seen a picture and it didn't looked like it had ram air.

The VFN 3 inch SS hood doesn't not have a functional ram air. Its mainly for asthetics and weight savings. It does however have a cowl so it would act as an engine cooling agent. Air would enter through the scoop then exit out the cowl, by doing this the cool air will pass over then engine and in essance pull some heat with it.

just a word of warning, i just recieved my regular ws6 hood from them and it doesnt even fit or come close without drilling holes in the hinges. in the end i guess u get what u pay for
