$333,000 camaro
Watching Mecum Auto Auctions tonight (Dallas).
West Coast Custom's "Operation Mend" Camaro just went for $333,000.00
I didn't like it at all but you could tell there was some really nice quality work in it.

seriously dude. that thing is ****** gross looking. i mean i appreciate the idea of it, but it looks like crap. camo on cars never looks good, trucks and suv's maybe, but on a car, a CAMARO to be specific, no.
and there is like nothing done inside. i mean for 333,000, id expect NOTHING on that car to be stock!!!

as a veteran of oif, I really can appreciate the fact that the money did go to that charity. all I'm saying is why not just donate the money than even be affiliated with that disgusting piece of sheet? lol

What are these people thinking when they put shitty looking rims, a shitty paint job that gives me a headache, and slap a supercharger on it for "performance".
Oh I get it now, say anything about "support the troops" and someone will perk up and buy the POS looking thing. Just donate to one of the many support the troops organizations, and save yourself the embarrassment of driving the POS.

Got some laughs from the comments here top to bottom.
I concur mostly. Obviously the idea behind this and the genuine care was misdirected. While I'm greatful the money went to one of the most worthy causes, the winner of this car was either a true patriot, or color-blind! Either way, for those who've served and benifit from this, thank you.
