Default will this clean up with a valve job? (pics)

i bought a pair of 243's today for a hell of a deal. One small issue, one of the exhaust valves had snapped off and danced around a little. What do you guys think? will it clean up with just a good valve job? let me know what you guys think.

I'd probably install a new seat. The existing one might clean up but then the valve will be higher in that cylinder, possibly causing pushrod length / preload issues. Plus the compression would be slightly lower too.

Um I usally charge 15 for a new valve seat but I would just try to use a valve seat grinder and see if u can clean it up before inserting a seat since it will change the preload like hiltsy said
