Ok so very new to putting these motors togeather. I bought a ls2 short block and 243 heads, I put the heads on and relized put them on the wrong side, they looked identical except the plug and sensor, I called GM and guy said they had same part number can I just swap the sensor to the driver side and put the plug in the pass side and call it good, or do I need to get new headgaskets and switch them thanks Ryan I tried to search and came up with nothing

I always thought if you didn't fire it and get it hot you can reuse them. Depending on the bolts you used you would have to replace them. I'm not 100% tho.

I used stock oem head bolts have not fired it up yet, so the heads are specific to pass and driver side.

They're interchangeable. Just swap the hardware.

ok cool thanks alot I feel way better already changed sensor and plug over.
