I know theirs meth and all but I was just pondering this thought...
What if you could shoot -a little- nitrous into the inducer/filter to help cool the charge?

I already have a shot-gun style nitrous kit that I have 1K into and its not selling worth a damn...

I was thinking shooting just a little that way or just getting a spray bar for my fmic or even perhaps both.

What do you guys think?

A very small shot of nitrous will dramatically lower the inlet air temps. I'd shoot it into the throttle body and forget about a spray bar. Bob

Decent read but I would like a iat temp comparison per 50hp shot. I have yet to fine one. I know spraying before the compressor is way better.

thats what I was thinking, like into filter. would that damge the blower in anyway or stress it out?

I have a lil P6 blower, only decent priced blower...in realy good shape though.
Still got my eyes open for a P1...at a decent price.

A spray bar does not give you the return in iat reduction that spraying into the airstream does. I don't feel that you need to do both, and would only consume more of your nitrous. Bob

We typically pick up 150% of advertised power with nitrous on forced induction cars. If you pill 50, youll see 75, if you pill 100, youll see 150.


This setup picked up 135 on a 100 with 850 bottle pressure ( I admit, I was scared!) and 85 hp on a 50 shot at 925 bottle pressure.

Yep, totally fine. They react very similarly.

Turbos love spray like peanut butter loves jelly. Just watch your boost on the spray, it may go higher than you intended.

The sleazy looking dude pacing around on the street corner can score you some meth. Make sure you ask him if he is a cop first though, because they have to tell you if you ask.

Don't drink the washer fluid. It has methanol in it and you could go blind.
