RHS heads used to be Pro Action, who made some good products. I don't have any experience with their LS heads, but run them on my Dakota R/T and have had great luck with them. I don't know if I would go as far as to say they're best out there, though. There are some real proven companies out there but price becomes a factor.
A 200cc version seems awefully small. What kind of performace is he aiming for? If there is a bigger runner version or even a CNC option, that would be worth looking into.

They're pretty new and claim to flow as good as a "ported" head in it's "as cast" state with further porting allowing better flow, which sounds just like any other aftermarket head company
Seems like a good bang for the buck head. Like $995 for a set.
