Default are manual windows rare?

I just bought a camaro wreck for the drivetrain and it has manual windows and locks. Is that a very common thing? It also has cloth interior. It is a 99 z28 (ls1/t56)

yeah you see far less with manual windows vs power windows

THe cars are considered to be strippers and weigh less than power window cars however not enough to make a real difference on a good note think ov never haveing to deal with a slow window motor again im all for roll up windows slow stuck windows suck
