Amazing deal! Its really everything you need and then some. I'm hoping in the back of my head for my original 2002 stock LS1(really an LS6) clutch to wear out so I can have fun putting one of these bad boys in.

With the savings Tick and Monster are giving, I would go for the upgrades like:

-Lightweight billet flywheel
-Flywheel and pressure plate bolts by ARP

Joey - I recently had my M6 Trans Am in the shop for a clutch slave/alternator replacement. My mechanic recommended that I upgrade my slave from a stock LS1 slave to the Z06 slave (I'm assuming C5 Z06 slave). The parts have about 200 miles on them since installation. Car is parked in the garage for the Chicago winter. Will the slave I have work with the Monster Stage 2 package?

Also, is that group purchase on the ADJ master filled yet? I'll definitely need one!

The C5 Slave and the "Z06 Slave" are the same thing, GM #89059282 seen here: http://www.tickperformance.com/gm-sl...-corvette-z06/

...I'm not sure why any mechanic would suggest that slave as it is the same thing as the F-Body slave, but with a C5 connection and a higher price: http://www.tickperformance.com/gm-sl...or-ls1-f-body/

That said, since you've already got them installed, yes that slave will work with a Monster Clutch without issue. The Adjustable Master Group Purchase isn't filled yet - there is still time!

Well he suggested it and was aware of my future plans for a Monster Stage 2 clutch so I'm guessing thats why he recommended it. I've gotta see if I can scrape the money together to get in on these deals. Really need a Monster Stage 2 + Adjustable Master.

Hopefully I'll give you some business for the complete kit with the stage 3 monster when I get paid on the 27th! I had one in my gto along with some other Tick goodies and loved it! Great products!

Is the lighter flywheel aluminum? If so I'll probably just go with the billet steel.

Sounds good chrisb07, we appreciate your business in the past (as well as your kind words) and look forward to your future business, as well.

Both Monster Flywheels (18lb and 28lb) are CNC Machined out of billet steel and SFI certified.
