i have a 98 a4 trans am. i know the tranny cant last much longer 85000 miles on it and i race it alot and should have over 400 to the wheels very soon. I have found all kinds of strong complete engines but i just want the rebuild kit to make my tranny hold up i have an excellent tranny guy nearby that will rebuild it. where can i get a strong rebuild kit and how much is it going to cost me?
what usually breaks on our trannies? thanks
