Default FINALLY!!!! 9.91 @ 134.7 Naturally Aspirated....5 years in the making!!!!

Well it finally happened!!!! First, pat i know you are going to come in here so thanks for convincing me to take the ride down!!!! lol.........also thanks tony q for taking the ride down with me buddy!!! In 24 hours we drove from RI to MD stomped a big pass and drove back home, hardcore bud!!! So now to the good part.......after all the struggling and all the bs finally got this thing going......

Pass 1.........

Came off the trailer and honestly i did not expect the car to hook, so i loosened up the front shocks and travel limiters........well i was wrong lol.....launched from a near idle (1800rpm) and backed off cause the car was about 8" from going on the bumper came down and dented a header tube not badly easily fixable..regained my marbles and drove it the rest of the track to a 10.20 @ 135.9....recieved my first and only warning for excedding 135mph... heres the go pro video of that ride....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rN0fF...el_video_title

Pass 2..........

I tightend up the front suspension as much as possible to try and keep it on the ground........came out off a 2500 launch and hooked hard.......i backed off at the 1/8th mile for fear of getting kicked out that fast......turned a 1.306 60' and 6.260 @ 107.9 in the 1/8th.......heres the go pro and outside video of that pass.......

Pass 3.........

Came out this time with the intention if it hooked and felt good i was gonna run it out and go for it.......came out high on the converter (IMO too high) 3300rpm.......Car ran a 1.30 60' to an 6.27 @ 107 1/8th and a 9.914 @ 134.77mph..........i wanted to run again so bad but they booted me.......heres the go pro, two other angles and the slip...........

Just want to say thanks to everybody that helped me make this happen espically Phil @ Advanced Induction for all the help and giving me a great cylinder head and cam to run.....and all the guys brains i picked and that helped to keep me going when it got rough lol....Daren Adams, Tony Shep, Ed Wright, Pat Gish, Tony Quadros, Brady Matysek and many more of you ... as well as all the people of the LTx community and all of the great friends ive met over the past few years look foward to more good times!!!! But.....this doesnt mean im done here.............there will be more........

also congrats Hvyss, Frank, on your new PB!!!! and congrats Joe (Ramair) on you new PB!!!

Super nice car! When I saw it took you 5 years, I was pleased, as mine just passed the 3 year mark and has not been started yet. It will be comnpleted in the next couple of weeks, though.
